Your Contribution: Grow Fleet's Presence in Italy:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Fleet across the Italian market.

You will work closely with Carlos (Managing Director Southern Europe) and Alex (VP Sales Europe), at the heart of our go-to-market strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate growth in Italy, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Revenue Generation:

  • Own your targets and contribute significantly to regional revenue through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Customer Success & Relationship Building:

  • Build long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Market Intelligence:

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and share strategic insights to shape our product and service offering.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful implementations.

Your Profile:

We know that the best talent doesn't always follow traditional paths — and that's exactly why we want to hear from you.

  • A proven B2B sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Hardware-as-a-Service, or related tech services.
  • A true consultative seller, experienced in solution selling.
  • Comfortable handling complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and structured in your approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
