We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic transformation team, leading end-to-end initiatives in digital payments, bank connectivity, and ERP/TMS integrations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys complex challenges, thrives in international environments, and wants to work at the crossroads of banking, technology, and AI-driven productivity.
What You'll DoAs a key member of the transformation team, you will:
- Lead analysis for large-scale payment transformation and integration programmes with Tier-1 banks and multinational corporates.
- Shape and document functional requirements for payment flows, reconciliation, liquidity, and bank connectivity (ISO 20022, MT101, APIs, H2H).
- Work closely with architects, payment operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and help define future-state operating models.
- Drive UAT planning and execution, managing defects and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support change management and training activities across the organization.
Mentor junior analysts and guide cross-functional workstreams.
Leverage AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, JIRA Rovo) to create high-quality documentation, improve traceability, and optimize collaboration.-What You Bring
7+ years of experience in financial services, including 4+ in payments, cash management, or treasury.
- Strong expertise in ISO 20022, XML formats (pain.001/002, pacs.008), MT messages, and ideally SEPA.
- Solid understanding of connectivity models: H2H, API, EBICS, SFTP, bank portals.
- Experience with ERP/TMS integration (SAP, Kyriba, FIS Quantum, etc.).
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PSD2, global payment schemes).
- Outstanding communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in Agile delivery (JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis tasks and deliver structured documentation.
