Role Summary: QA Analyst (Salesforce)

We are looking for a passionate
QA Analyst

to help ensure our platform delivers flawless value to logistics professionals every day.

As a QA Analyst at Neurored, you will play a key role in guaranteeing the reliability and excellence of our enterprise-grade TMS & SCM platform. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you will partner with developers, Salesforce experts, product managers and logistics domain specialists to catch issues early, automate smartly and continuously raise the bar on quality. This hands-on position offers real impact because you will help prevent disruptions in global supply chains by ensuring features work seamlessly from quote to delivery.

This role owns quality across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer-specific configurations, integrations and business workflows are fully tested and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, demos, retros) to clarify requirements, define precise acceptance criteria and embed quality early (strong shift-left focus)

·       Design, execute and maintain test cases — covering functional, regression, integration (Salesforce + external systems), exploratory and basic non-functional testing

·       Build automated test suites for critical paths

·       Perform API testing (Salesforce APIs, integrations with carriers…)

·       Identify, reproduce, document and track defects with clear steps; partner with developers to resolve and verify fixes

·       Contribute to risk-based testing, quality gates in CI/CD and root-cause analysis (RCA) for any escaped issues

·       Help maintain test environments, test data and defect triage through go-live

·       Experiment with emerging tools to evolve our QA practices in a Salesforce ecosystem

·       Support for UAT testing

·       Help build testing strategy for customer-specific configurations, integrations and workflows

·       Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing

·       Coordinate testing activities with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams

Must-Have Skills & Experience

·       Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

·       Experience in logistics, supply chain, TMS/SCM or Salesforce ecosystems

· –5 years of hands-on QA/testing experience with Salesforce

·       Solid agile (Scrum) experience in cross-functional teams

·       Proficiency in manual testing

·       Some practical automation skills (at least one modern framework: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium…)

·       Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate or any Salesforce-specific tools)

·       Familiarity with defect & test management tools (Preferable Jira+xRay)

·       Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Salesforce DX…)

·       Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to think like an end-user in complex logistics flows

·       Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
