Buscamos un/a Business Data Scientist con un fuerte enfoque en la generación de valor através del análisis avanzado de datos.
Su principal misión será traducir grandes volúmenes de información en conocimiento accionable que impulse la toma de decisiones estratégicas en el negocio. Trabajará estrechamente con equipos de negocio y tecnología, utilizando herramientas de programación, análisis estadístico y soluciones de inteligencia artificial, incluyendo IA generativa, para resolver retos reales del entorno empresarial.

El/la candidato/a ideal combinará una mentalidad analítica con orientación a resultados, experiencia previa en entornos similares y un dominio técnico sólido, especialmente en entornos cloud (preferentemente Google Cloud) y programación en Python.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos estructurados y no estructurados para extraer insights relevantes para el negocio.
  • Desarrollar modelos predictivos y descriptivos, incluyendo técnicas de IA generativa aplicadas a procesos de análisis de datos.
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio para identificar oportunidades de optimización el impacto.
  • Construir dashboards, informes y visualizaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  • Automatizar procesos de análisis y reporting mediante scripts y pipelines de datos.
  • Participar en la implementación y puesta en marcha de soluciones en entornos cloud, (especialmente Google Cloud Platform).
  • Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones analíticas efectivas.
  • Proponer los componentes necesarios de GCP para establecer un ecosistema de trabajo de Data Scientist en la nube (máquinas / clústeres de procesamiento, Big Query, buckets de almacenamiento, notebooks colaborativos, soluciones AI en Vertex, etc.)
  • Estrategias para procesamiento y optimización de procesos con grandes volúmenes de información.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 3-5 años en roles similares de ciencia de datos o análisis de datos aplicado al negocio.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Lenguaje de programación: conocimiento avanzado y soltura en la programación en Python y sus principales frameworks (ETL: Pandas, Numpy, Polars; BigData: PySpark y Modelizado: TensorFlow /PyTorch).
  • Conocimiento en técnicas de IA generativa aplicadas al análisis de datos (por ejemplo, uso de LLMs para limpieza, análisis semántico, automatización de reporting, etc.).
  • Capacidad para tratar grandes volúmenes de datos y trabajar con herramientas de procesamiento distribuido (BigQuery, Spark, etc.).
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad organizativa.
