What We're Looking For

We're hiring a Junior Project Manager with a technical background in data, especially in migration projects, who's ready to grow in the IT Insurance sector and work with international teams.

Your Role

  • Coordinate technical projects focused on data migration and integration
  • Define goals, timelines, and resources with clients and technical teams
  • Turn requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Track progress and solve issues proactively
  • Document and communicate project status
  • Support testing and data quality validation

Requirements

  • Experience in IT project management (especially data migration)
  • Technical education (Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, SQL, etc.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • PMP, Agile or similar certifications are a plus
