International Key Account Manager (KAM)
with strong strategic thinking, a solid scientific background, and experience managing accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients, building long-term relationships and delivering high-value solutions in scientific communication and digital innovation.

This role is critical to Let's Health's growth strategy, strengthening our position as a trusted partner through excellence.

Your Mission

You will
lead strategic communication with international clients
, participating in key meetings, understanding their needs, and defining proposals that create real impact. You will proactively manage accounts, anticipate opportunities, and always ensure clear and effective communication.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating internal teams to ensure deadlines, quality, and alignment with client objectives. You will also manage budgets and contribute directly to the expansion of our international area.

Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership & Management

·    Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects, anticipating risks and proposing effective solutions.

·    Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (scientific, creative, software development) to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

·    Ensure scientific rigor and consistency across all deliverables.

·    Present progress and results to clients clearly and professionally.

·    Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure execution aligns with financial and operational plans.


Account Management & Client Relations

·  Serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients, ensuring strategic, seamless communication.

·  Understand client needs and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.

·  Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

·  Build trust-based, long-term relationships focused on excellence, communication, and results.

·  Monitor and analyze KPIs and maintain an updated account pipeline.


Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

·  Contribute to developing processes, methodologies, and best practices that support continuous improvement.

·  Support team development through ongoing training, knowledge sharing, and the dissemination of key learnings.


What we're Looking For

·  Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Health Sciences, or a related field.

·  3–5 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical industry or in healthcare consulting/communication.

·  Strong experience in
project management and team coordination
.

·  
Willingness to travel.

·  
Advanced English
level (C1–C2 required).

·  A
proactive, strategic
mindset with excellent
communication and teamwork skills.
