  Our Advisory and Professional Services AI&Data segment brings a unique mix of skills (AI/ML, data science, data platforms, data infrastructure, MLOps, data engineering, high performance compute, AI/data infrastructure partner technologies) and expertise of over 20 years to help our customers accelerate innovation and unlock insights through data transformation services and adoption of artificial intelligence technologies. We are recognized as a global major player in AI Services.
  
  We are seeking young talents for our Global AI & Data Center of Excellence (CoE) in Madrid, Spain. In this AI & Data Intern role, you will have opportunities to work on international projects and contributing to develop, incubate, standardize, and promote AI & Data solutions globally.

  Our internship program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong technical potential and strategic thinking capability.

• During the program, you'll be able to create and collaborate on AI & Data projects that challenge and inspire you. You will work on internal or customer-facing initiatives, with exposure to the following technical areas:

  • Development of advanced analytics and machine learning/deep learning models

  • Implementation of data engineering pipelines

  • Integration of AI & Data ecosystem software

  • Implementation of MLOps practices and tools

  START DATE: FEB 2026

  Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the project lifecycle. Understand the company's technology portfolio and deliver technical design that meets customer requirements.

  • Work under supervision of the technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.

  • Resolve technical assignments or issues independently within your technical area. Work with team members to solution cross technology assignments or address complex technical issues.

  • Participate as part of a team in developing and growing good relationships with team members and customers in assigned projects.

  • Understand the company's strategy.

  • Is aware of AI and Data knowledge tools and their application.

  • Participate in technical or professional community events.

  • Keep refreshing technical knowledge and ramp up rapidly.

  Education and Experience Required:

  • Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.

  • Undertaking master's degree study specialized in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning or Data Science would be beneficial.

  Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Java, C, Unix Shell scripting.
    Conceptual understanding of Information Technology (IT) environments.

  • Passion for new and emerging AI and Data technologies, and ability to keep updated in technological innovations and new releases.

  • Willingness to participate in international projects.

  • Active listening skills and ability to adjust messages to audience level.

  • Communicate effectively to both technical groups and the management within the organization.

  • Problem-solving skills (proactive, reactive, and creative). Ability to identify alternatives, set priorities, and identify solutions.

  • Able to produce basic documentation that meets required standards.

  • Demonstrate understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.

  • Proactive learning aptitude and interested in developing a career in the company.

  • Teamwork skills. Autonomy with the ability to organize and manage own work.
