This role focuses on driving new business opportunities within the digital solutions and technology ecosystem across the EMEA region. You will engage with prospective B2B clients, qualify opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth through structured outbound sales activities.

Your Role

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach.


• Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs)


• Manage a portfolio of B2B prospects and assigned accounts


• Conduct outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers, including C-level


• Identify client needs and align them with relevant digital solutions


• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline tracking


• Work towards individual and team-based performance targets

What We're Looking For


• Native-level German or Dutch


• Fluent English (spoken & written)


• Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development


• Strong commercial mindset and consultative communication skills


• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, phone-based environment

Preferred Skills


• Experience with cold calling and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)


• Interest in digital products, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions
