Role Summary: The Manager, Client Success executes day-to-day client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. This role focuses on fulfillment (60%), communication and coordination (30%), and process adherence and reporting (10%). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Execution (60%)
– Manage assigned client projects from kickoff through completion.
– Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and clients.
– Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
Client Communication (30%)
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients during fulfillment.
– Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
– Escalate risks early to maintain trust and transparency.
Process Adherence and Reporting (10%)
– Follow established SOPs and checklists for project execution.
– Provide feedback to improve workflows and documentation.
– Track project metrics such as timelines, satisfaction, and revisions.
– Report progress to Directors and Head of Client Success.
Required Qualifications
– 3–5 years in project coordination, account management, or operations.
– Strong communication and client-facing skills.
– Proficiency with CRM and project management software.
– High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
