You will work in small, high-performing teams to solve complex strategic challenges, design tailor-made solutions for leading companies, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

You Will
rapidly frame and understandeach client's strategic context, challenges and needs

form hypotheses, structure analyses, identify insights and synthesize recommendationswith clarity and rigor

deliver high-quality, pragmatic solutionsthat that are truly tailored to each client's needs and create measurable impact

Master's degree and anexcellent academic record from a top-tier university(Business, Economics, Engineering or similar)

For Analyst roles:previous internships in strategy or business consulting are a strong plus

For Consultant roles:2–3 years of experiencein strategy or business consulting, with responsibility for workstream ownership and client interaction

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to structure and synthesize complex information effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills inSpanish, English and at least an additional European language(Portuguese, Italian, French or German)

Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

High levels of ownership, commitment and drive

Ethics, judgment and integrity as core values
