Estamos buscando un/a
Back-office Customer Support Specialist
para unirse a nuestro equipo y apoyar las operaciones internas de atención al cliente. Este puesto se centra en la gestión administrativa, el procesamiento de información y el soporte operativo, garantizando que los procesos internos se ejecuten de manera eficiente y precisa.

El rol es ideal para personas organizadas, detallistas y cómodas trabajando con sistemas, documentación y flujos internos, sin interacción directa de ventas con clientes.

Responsabilidades Principales


• Gestionar y actualizar información de clientes en sistemas internos


• Procesar solicitudes, formularios y documentación de soporte


• Verificar datos para asegurar precisión y consistencia


• Coordinar con equipos internos para resolver incidencias operativas


• Mantener registros organizados y cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos


• Apoyar la preparación de reportes y seguimiento de casos

Requisitos y Habilidades


• Buen nivel de organización y atención al detalle


• Capacidad para trabajar con tareas administrativas y repetitivas


• Manejo básico de herramientas digitales, hojas de cálculo y sistemas internos


• Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita


• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo


• Se valorará experiencia previa en back-office, operaciones o soporte administrativo
