Backed by Europe's best Venture Capital firms, this year will be vital in our growth as we look to further build out our team, further establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets . We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by Linkedin, and we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million that will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals.

Responsibilities |

• Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
• Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
• Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
• Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
• Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals

About you |

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, brokerage, or similar roles
• Good knowledge of the Madrid real estate market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
