The project
As a Shop-in-Shop Manager, you will work closely with Area Managers to ensure consistent store operations and effective team management. You will drive commercial performance through strategic planning, sales analysis, and budget control. You will visit stores to gather feedback, manage systems, devices, and uniformity standards, and support teams through training and incentive management
What will the role entail?
- Analyse sales and results and take direct action in-store.
- Work with AMs to verify that they are effectively managing their staff and their duties.
- Propose commercial strategies at both the product and staff levels.
- Visit ECI stores to report feedback of all kinds.
- Standardise criteria and working methods across different departments.
- Provide training to staff and AMs. Pass on information to the different training teams.
- Allocate budgets to stores.
- Oversee store systems, tools, and standards, including Sisqual, Store IQ, store devices, uniformity protocols, and sales analysis via Citrix/SAP.
- Manage performance enablers, including commission and incentive calculations to support sales effectiveness.

Requirements
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum experience in the industry 4-5 years in Stores Management, specifically Department Stores like El Corte Inglés.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance...
- High English level
- Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point), ERP - High level

- Be able to adapt to various tasks and work environments
- Ability to manage priorities, identify and respond to emergencies
- Be methodical, rigorous and organized in the management of different processes
- Be able to face any type of audience, adapting to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills
- Visual Merchandising Skills
