• Sourcing: Lead all sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with Procurement Category Leads.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, create robust supply agreements, and leverage market intelligence to mitigate risks and drive competitive advantage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.

• Educational Background: Master's degree in science or engineering
• Experience: Several years of experience in the area of Capital Expenditure project sourcing (i.e. engineering, equipment) ideally in the Life Sciences industry   
• Technical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Languages: Excellent proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage such German
