What is the challenge?

Client Collaboration & Demand Shaping

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand procurement needs and project objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear sourcing strategies and execution plans
• Provide guidance on sourcing timelines, best practices, and market expectations
• Support specific
  Real Estate Retail sourcing needs
  (e.g. new retail outlets, office openings, or workspace optimization)

Sourcing Project Management

• Conduct supplier market research and develop supplier shortlists
• Draft and launch RFIs, RFPs, RFQs including detailed specifications, pricing templates, and evaluation criteria within Coupa and outside of Coupa
• Coordinate Q&A sessions and bidder conferences
• Consolidate and validate supplier submissions for completeness and compliance
• Prepare structured evaluation matrices, facilitate scoring sessions, and support sourcing decisions
• Document all sourcing steps in line with client governance and audit requirements

Supplier Negotiation & Contracting Support

• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with shortlisted suppliers
• Identify value levers, manage supplier communications, and ensure alignment with client stakeholders
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support contracting where required

Reporting & Documentation

• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain sourcing documentation, ensure proper archiving and compliance with sourcing policies
• Create lessons-learned documentation and contribute to process improvements

How do we envision you?

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in
  strategic sourcing and procurement
  , ideally in an international environment
• Experience managing sourcing projects in categories such as
  Real Estate (e.g. commercial leases, fit-out, facility services)
  ,
  Marketing
  , or
  Corporate Services
• Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, from scoping to award
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals from commercial, technical, and risk perspectives
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English (C1 or above); additional European languages (especially German or French) are a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with e-sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
