Role Overview

We are seeking a
Marketing Manager Consumer Goods
with
at least 5 years of experience
, ideally within Fabric Care and/or Air Care, to drive strategic marketing initiatives and support the growth across these key categories.

You will transform consumer insights, market trends, and olfactive expertise into compelling concepts and impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key reference for Consumer Goods categories, supporting marketing team development
  • Identify growth opportunities in these categories.
  • Deliver tailored marketing solutions aligned with client objectives & category dynamics.
  • Translate trends & consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Coordinate smelling sessions of CG products
  • Create fast, trend-driven concepts
  • Creating a global marketing network across MANE affiliates to share best practices
  • Work closely with sales, evaluation, perfumers, ingredient & R&D teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a Fragrance house for Consumer Goods, ideally in Fabric Care, Air Care, or Home Care
  • Ability to turn insights and trends into concepts and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills and curiosity
  • Strong interest in perfumery, consumer goods, and new technologies
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English
