Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a proactive and experienced Sourcing / Production Manager (Chinese-speaking) to join their global operations team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives on managing factory relationships, streamlining production processes, and optimizing costs.Are you fluent in Chinese and experienced in managing factory-side operations? Do you have a proven track record in sourcing, supplier compliance, and production reliability? If yes, this opportunity is for youAs a Sourcing / Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing factory-side operations from purchase order (PO) placement through production, quality control, and freight pickup. You will drive cost savings and ensure smooth production cycles with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.About the Company:The company is a fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand with a strong international presence. Known for delivering high-quality, family-oriented products, the brand emphasizes operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term supplier partnerships. As the company scales, it seeks a hands-on sourcing expert who can independently manage supplier-side operations while optimizing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).Key Responsibilities:Factory & Supplier ManagementManage and nurture factory relationshipsNegotiate terms, MOQs, and pricingEnsure on-time PO confirmations and production timelinesCost & Production OptimizationTrack raw material costs and currency exchange rates to time purchases optimallyDrive cost reduction strategies without compromising on qualityMaintain or improve unit economicsQuality AssuranceManage sample approvals and conduct quality checksEnsure order defect rate remains
