Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a proactive and experienced Sourcing / Production Manager (Chinese-speaking) to join their global operations team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives on managing factory relationships, streamlining production processes, and optimizing costs.Are you fluent in Chinese and experienced in managing factory-side operations? Do you have a proven track record in sourcing, supplier compliance, and production reliability? If yes, this opportunity is for youAs a Sourcing / Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing factory-side operations from purchase order (PO) placement through production, quality control, and freight pickup. You will drive cost savings and ensure smooth production cycles with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.About the Company:The company is a fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand with a strong international presence. Known for delivering high-quality, family-oriented products, the brand emphasizes operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term supplier partnerships.
