El estudio valora la colaboración, la creatividad y el desarrollo de proyectos ambiciosos con un equipo unido.Responsabilidades principalesCrear y mantener la planificación según los objetivos del proyecto.Supervisar tareas del equipo y proporcionar alternativas cuando no se cumplan los plazos establecidos.Controlar el presupuesto y otros aspectos financieros del desarrollo.Dirigir el proyecto junto a los líderes de cada departamento.Requisitos mínimosMínimo 3 años de experiencia como Producer en equipos pequeños o medianos.Dominio del pipeline de producción y metodologías ágiles.Capacidad para coordinar arte, diseño, programación y narrativa.Historial probado cumpliendo hitos y entregas a tiempo.Dotes de comunicación y organización.Experiencia en herramientas como Notion, Hack n' Plan y software de Project Management.Requisitos deseadosAl menos un título publicado como Producer.Experiencia en desarrollo de videojuegos y procesos de entrega.Nivel alto de español.BeneficiosContrato permanente y a tiempo completo.Horario flexible dentro de rango.Ambiente de trabajo relajado: sin crunch, sin clientes, sin fechas límite abusivas.Proyecto ambicioso y con estilo visual consolidado.Posibilidad de continuidad en futuros proyectos.Cómo aplicarPara aplicar, enviar currículo, carta de presentación (opcional) y portfolio a ******.
