About this role

We're looking for a deeply creative AI Content Creator / Creative Producer to help shape how Replika connects with people in their real lives — through art, poetry, and meaningful, emotionally intelligent content. You'll design thoughtful in-app experiences that inspire reflection, creativity, and connection, helping make Replika feel truly human.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Create and curate meaningful prompts, quests, and in-app experiences that nurture self-discovery and real-world connection.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and engineers to design and test AI-driven content that feels authentic and emotionally resonant.
  • Develop Replika's creative voice across poetry, art, journaling, and reflection-based content.
  • Prototype new storytelling formats that merge psychology, technology, and aesthetics.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Content Curator, Creative Producer, or Editor with a strong background in storytelling, psychology, or the arts.
  • Deep understanding of human emotion, aesthetics, and how to evoke genuine connection through digital content.
  • Proven ability to write, edit, and iterate prompts or scripts that feel warm, poetic, and human.
  • Comfort working with AI-based products and creative experimentation.
  • A portfolio or track record showing taste, originality, and sensitivity to human experience.
