Job Description
ROLE
CRAFT Madrid is looking for a "Digital Producer" to work for our clients from the beauty sector.

Your main task at Craft Worldwide is being the liaison between the project managers and the post-production teams across digital and sometimes print productions. This role requires an ability to organize, coordinate and communicate effectively to drive decisions and next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects between teams, from briefing reception to delivery of final assets for publication.
  • Participate in building cost estimates as per client requirements, and admin for closure.
  • Compare, contrast and adjust briefings to make them understandable for post-production editors.
  • Participate in ensuring that assigned projects and pieces adhere to agreed-upon functional specifications and brief.
  • Check if the media plan specifications are correct to work with. Claim them otherwise to project managers and media/ supports.
  • Check if the provided assets are correct to work with. Claim them as per platform specifications and/or suggest alternatives to satisfy clients' requirements over an initial brief.
  • Keeps awareness of schedule and deadlines to deliver work to client and support / media within expected timelines.
  • Documents, tracks and verifies issues and fixes in assigned projects. Reviews approved assets match specifications prior to delivering support/media/client.
  • Ensures that the delivered files are correctly archived on the storage servers as per SLAs.
  • Must be able to work under the guidance of the Main Producer and the designer or editors to achieve desired level of aesthetic quality and technical accuracy of the deliverables.

Required Skills

  • High Level of English and French, C1.
  • Able to communicate autonomously both written and oral with peers and client.
  • Experience in advertising agencies or similar environments, coordinating workload with different teams in chain to deliver projects within timings and SLAs, achieving common objectives.
  • Digital mindset: active user and listener in digital eco-systems: display, emailings and social media campaigns. Update mindset on latest social media and digital specifications.
  • Ideally, some experience print and video related.
  • Well organized and efficient, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks and projects at the same time within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and solution focused.
  • An enthusiastic team player, listener, and natural helper.
