Join Our Team as a Monitoring Center Operator

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys enhancing operational reliability and performance by leveraging digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient monitoring.

As a Monitoring Center Operator, you will help maximize asset performance by monitoring real-time data, identifying issues quickly, and ensuring timely escalation and follow-up in line with established processes. The role contributes directly to efficient and reliable operations across technologies while always promoting safe work execution.

Working as part of a 24/7 team, you will use advanced monitoring tools and dashboards, follow standardized procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. If you thrive on precision, urgency, and continuous improvement, this is your chance to contribute to operational excellence and drive value for the company.

Desirable Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
  • Coursework or certifications in monitoring systems, SCADA, data analysis, or control-room operations are an advantage
  • Some experience in monitoring, control-room operations, technical operations, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a 24/7 setting
  • Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and technology adoption
