We are searching for a motivated and analytical Digital Onboarding Account Manager to join our lively, international hub in Barcelona (hybrid model). You will be the expert responsible for architecting and launching campaigns on a leading global Pay-Per-Click (PPC) platform.

Your Mission: Onboarding Excellence and Strategic Growth in Denmark

You will take ownership of the crucial first steps for our new advertisers, turning their marketing budget into a powerful tool for growth and expansion. Your key areas of focus include:

  • Design, implement, and immediately launch high-performing PPC campaigns for new clients, focusing on data-driven results.
  • Proactively connect with businesses via outbound calls to deeply understand their objectives and recommend custom digital advertising solutions.
  • Create clear strategies for both rapid initial impact and sustainable long-term dominance in the digital space.
  • Drive revenue by identifying and closing upsell opportunities through continuous optimization and increased campaign investment.
  •  Leverage your knowledge of the Danish Marketing Practices Act and local digital regulations to ensure compliant and effective strategies.
  • Cultivate strong, professional client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience across high daily interaction volumes.
What You Bring to the Table:

We´re looking for a sharp individual with a passion for the Danish business landscape.

  • C2 level fluency in Danish is non-negotiable, along with professional proficiency (C1) in English.
  • 20+ months of successful experience in a sales or marketing client-facing role, with a focus on paid digital advertising (PPC).
  • A strong understanding of the Danish market and Nordic business culture.
  • Hands-on experience with major PPC platforms and familiarity with CRM tools and modern outreach strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree (a Masters in Marketing/Communications is a clear advantage).
  • Excellent communication, persuasive presentation, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
