The Sales Manager will lead the
Central Region
, based in Madrid. This role will manage the commercial team and drive growth across a large part of the Spanish territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
  • Define and implement sales strategies to strengthen Meril's presence within hospitals and healthcare groups.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, clinical teams, and purchasing departments.
  • Promote Meril's orthopaedic portfolio, including knee, hip, and robotic-assisted surgery product lines.
  • Actively participate in training initiatives and scientific events organized by the Meril Academy.
  • Manage key accounts, analyze business performance, and provide regular reporting.

Required Profile:

  • Over 7 years of experience leading sales teams within the MedTech sector, preferably in Orthopaedics (knee, hip, robotic surgery).
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital environment, including public and private procurement processes.
  • Deep knowledge of the Central region, with well-established relationships with KOLs and key hospitals.
  • Solid skills in key account management, commercial planning, and territory development.
  • Strategic mindset, autonomy, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
