About the Parnership Manager Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive, well-connected, and deal-driven Partnership Manager to help scale the personal brand of our CEO, a globally positioned expert in Social Commerce, Live Shopping and TikTok Shop.

Your mission is simple and ambitious:

Open doors. Create opportunities. Close high-value visibility and monetization deals.

This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, performance, and uncapped earnings, and who understands how to monetize authority, expertise, and personal brands at a global level.

Your Core Mission

You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing:


• Paid brand collaborations & sponsorships


• Paid podcast appearances (hosted or guest)


• Paid speaking engagements, keynotes & panels


• Strategic partnerships with media, platforms & ecosystems


• Long-term ambassador or advisory roles

Across Europe, UK, US, LATAM, Asia & Oceania.

What you'll be doing:


• Research and identify brands, podcasts, events, platforms and media aligned with Social Commerce, Live Shopping, TikTok Shop, Marketing, E-commerce, AI for Ecommerce and the Creator Economy


• Pitch and negotiate paid opportunities (brand deals, speaking fees, sponsorships)


• Manage outreach via LinkedIn, email, warm intros and partnerships


• Qualify opportunities based on brand fit, positioning and fee potential


• Negotiate terms, fees and deliverables (in coordination with the talent)


• Build and maintain a pipeline of recurring opportunities


• Think long-term: not just one-off deals, but strategic positioning

Compensation


• Commission-based only


• Competitive commissions per closed deal (percentage agreed upfront)


• No income ceiling – your earnings scale with your performance


• Ideal for someone already working with talent, creators, speakers or personal brands
