Your main responsibility
- Revenue Configuration Execution:
Support the setup and maintenance of rate plans, pricing rules, and restrictions in RMS and PMS based on guidance from Revenue Managers. - System Maintenance & Audits:
Assist with regular checks to ensure pricing consistency and system synchronization across platforms. - Pricing Execution Support:
Implement system configuration recommendations from Revenue Managers in RMS / PMS and ensure alignment across RMS, PMS, and distribution systems. - Troubleshooting & System Accuracy:
Identify, document, and resolve RMS-related issues (e.g., broken rate plans, incorrect mapping, syncing failures) that may impact revenue or availability. - Project Support & Collaboration with Distribution Systems:
Collaborate on revenue system implementations and updates, contributing to testing, documentation, and deployment tasks. Work closely with the Distribution Systems Department to ensure smooth handoff between rate configuration and external channel execution for new and current portfolio, jointly addressing system connectivity and data quality. - Support & Training:
Provide guidance and training to revenue teams and hotel staff on best practices related to RMS use, configuration changes, and system updates.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Experience:
1-3 years in revenue systems roles within the hospitality industry, with hands-on experience in PMS, CRS, channel management, and RMS tools. - Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Opera (or similar PMS), channel managers (e.g., SynXis, Amadeus), CRS platforms, RMS (Duetto), and advanced Excel/data management. - Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with data to inform pricing and distribution strategies. - Technical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate data across systems to support revenue and distribution objectives. - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. - Organizational Abilities:
Able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
