Your main responsibility

  • Rate & Inventory Management:
    Load and update room rates, inventory, and restrictions across non-connected distribution channels (OTA extranets, GDS, CRS) in line with the company's revenue strategy.
  • Project Management:
    Lead implementation of new hotels and distribution channels, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely launches.
  • System Configuration Support:
    Help configure rate plans, room types, and promotions in Opera PMS, CRS, and Channel Manager platforms under the supervision of the Distribution Systems Manager.
  • Rate Parity & Channel Audits:
    Conduct routine checks to ensure rate and availability parity across all distribution platforms, escalating any discrepancies to the Distribution Systems Manager.
  • Content Maintenance:
    Assist in maintaining up-to-date content across OTAs and distribution systems (Channel management, GDS, BE), including property images, descriptions, amenities, and policies to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • First-Line Technical Support & Performance Monitoring:
    Provide operational support for basic system-related issues affecting distribution channels and coordinate with IT and Revenue teams when necessary. Track key metrics related to channel performance, such as booking trends or conversion irregularities, and contribute data to inform strategic decisions.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Experience:
    years in
    hotel distribution management
    , with hands-on experience in
    PMS, CRS, channel management, and GDS systems
    within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Expertise in
    Opera (PMS)
    ,
    Channel Managers (e.g., Sabre SynXis)
    , and
    CRS platforms
    .
  • Analytical & Technical Skills:
    Strong knowledge of
    Excel (advanced level), data management
    , and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Languages:
    Fluent in
    English
    (additional languages are an asset).
  • Organizational Skills:
    Ability to
    multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with multiple departments and external partners.
