Your main purpose

Revenue Configuration Management:
Own and manage the configuration of rate plans, pricing logic, packages, restrictions, and room types within Duetto RMS and PMS to reflect corporate and hotel-level revenue strategies.

System Governance & Auditing:
Maintain consistency and accuracy of revenue system settings through routine audits. Collaborate with PMS and RMS stakeholders to ensure proper synchronization of pricing data.

Pricing Execution Support:
Implement system configuration recommendations from Revenue Managers in RMS / PMS and ensure alignment across RMS, PMS, and distribution systems.

Troubleshooting & System Accuracy:
Identify, document, and resolve RMS-related issues (e.g., broken rate plans, incorrect mapping, syncing failures) that may impact revenue or availability.

Project Leadership & Collaboration with Distribution Systems:
Lead or support system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations involving revenue-related modules (e.g., rate architecture redesigns, new segmentation, automation features). Work closely with the Distribution Systems Manager to ensure smooth handoff between rate configuration and external channel execution for new and current portfolio, jointly addressing system connectivity and data quality.

Support & Training:
Provide guidance and training to revenue teams and hotel staff on best practices related to RMS use, configuration changes, and system updates.

What will you bring?

Experience:
4–6 years in revenue systems roles within the hospitality industry, with hands-on experience in PMS, CRS, channel management, and RMS tools.

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Opera (or similar PMS), channel managers (e.g., SynXis, Amadeus), CRS platforms, RMS (Duetto), and advanced Excel/data management.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with data to inform pricing and distribution strategies.

Technical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate data across systems to support revenue and distribution objectives.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.

Organizational Abilities:
Able to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
