Role Overview:
As a Technical Customer Support, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients — resolving technical challenges, providing expert troubleshooting, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to deliver efficient, personalized support will strengthen our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide assistance through phone, email, and chat channels, handling technical questions with professionalism and precision.
- Technical Solutions: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, offering customized solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to ensure quick problem resolution and ongoing improvements in service delivery.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation to ensure smooth and efficient support processes.
- Outstanding Service: Deliver consistently high-quality interactions that foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card
- At least one year of experience in Technical Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
