You´ll be providing top-quality technical support for one of the worlds most innovative software companies guiding users, solving technical challenges, and learning every day from the best in the business.
What You´ll Do:Deliver exceptional customer and technical support in Portuguese and English, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more).
Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.
Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued.
A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.
Full-time, stable contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
Salary range: euros gross annual
