Business Development Manager (BDM) – para Air Cargo Booking

En Hanbai estamos trabajando junto a Air Cargo Booking en la búsqueda de un BDM para llevar adelante la expansión del negocio haciéndose cargo del full sales cycle.

Somos una plataforma digital B2B que está revolucionando el transporte aéreo de mercancías.

Nuestro objetivo es eliminar emails, Excel y llamadas eternas con transitarios, y permitir que las empresas
coticen, reserven y gestionen envíos de mercancías vía aérea en minutos
, 100% online y 24/7.

Tu misión

Buscamos un/a
Business Development Manager
con mentalidad hunter, capaz de
prospectar, hacer demos y cerrar clientes B2B
, ayudándoles a cambiar su forma tradicional de trabajar por una solución digital única en el mercado. Aquí
prospectas y cierras
.

Qué harás

  • Prospección outbound de empresas B2B que exportan/importan mercancía.
  • Gestión y conversión de leads inbound (Google Ads).
  • Contacto con perfiles de logística, operaciones, dirección y dueños de empresa.
  • Demos de la plataforma (muy prácticas y rápidas).
  • Cierre de oportunidades y activación de clientes.
  • Gestión y actualización del pipeline en CRM.

A quién buscamos

Imprescindible

  • Experiencia en ventas B2B.
  • Perfil hunter, cómodo con prospección y llamadas en frío.
  • Mentalidad digital y orientada a resultados.

Muy valorable

  • Conocimientos básicos de comercio internacional (incoterms, exportación).
  • Experiencia en SaaS o venta de soluciones digitales.
  • Inglés
