How will it be to work with us?

• Assist with HR systems administration and support the maintenance and integration of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with IT and technical developers on system projects and improvement initiatives.
• Support the manager in adapting the Employee Central module to evolving business needs.
• Maintain the employee database, ensuring data integrity through audits and issue resolution.
• Apply data standards, privacy, and security best practices when handling sensitive HR information.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.
• Help manage JIRA tickets to ensure timely HR support.
• Provide user support and training on HRIS functionalities, complemented by clear documentation and guides.
• Contribute to process evaluations to identify opportunities for workflow automation.

Ready to join us?What will make you succeed in this position:

• Strong foundation in data analysis and system administration, with a focus on improving efficiency
• Experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred)
• Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with databases
• Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI and SuccessFactors-People Analytics preferred) is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvement.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
