Responsibilities
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

  • Serve as the expert and managing creator agencies; execute and develop programs that increase agency engagement

  • Build partnership with creator agencies and design partnership strategies to achieve business goals

  • Develop and work with key creator agencies, influencer marketing agencies that have strong focus in commerce, provide day-to-day operations support and help improve performance with data-driven mindset

  • Develop incentive plans to drive business growth; solve key challenges in business through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 2+ years of related experience required.

  • Extensive local talent management/influencer marketing agency network, solid experience working with top agencies and influencers in the market is preferred

  • Experience in developing effective instructions, presentation decks or standard operating procedures (SOP) to support agency daily operations

  • Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience of live stream and content-based commerce is preferred

  • Great team player with fast learning capabilities and open to challenges

  • Acute data acumen and ability to conduct in-depth analysis and design future roadmap based on the current state
