About The Role

This is a double role: the agent will do Customer Service and Claims. The communications with the customers are made by phone and email.

Key Areas/Functions

Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients with life, hospitalisation, dental and bill protector policies.
Manage the administration tasks related to the position: answer to emails and post, manage reports, cancel policies, process claims.
Good knowledge of the portfolio to be able to answer the customer's queries related to their products and claims.
Manage complaints received in accordance with the country's regulations.
Build relations with internal departments and business partners to provide a quicker and better service to the customer.
Call monitoring and quality review in order to rate Team Performance.
Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the supervisors.
Actively support other agents to help the team to reach the common goals/targets.

Key Skill and Knowledge

Experience in Life Insurance products, claims environment and customer service focused organisation.
Experience in Complaints' resolution.
Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment.
Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Advance level of ITALIAN or native speaker.
Advance level of English. Any other European language will be a plus.
Excellent attention to detail; high level of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner.
