About the role
This is a double role: the agent will do Customer Service and Claims. The communications with the customers are made by phone and email.
Key Areas/Functions
- Provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of clients with life, hospitalisation, dental and bill protector policies.
- Manage the administration tasks related to the position: answer to emails and post, manage reports, cancel policies, process claims.
- Good knowledge of the portfolio to be able to answer the customer's queries related to their products and claims.
- Manage complaints received in accordance with the country's regulations.
- Build relations with internal departments and business partners to provide a quicker and better service to the customer.
- Call monitoring and quality review in order to rate Team Performance.
- Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the supervisors.
- Actively support other agents to help the team to reach the common goals/targets.
Key Skill and Knowledge
- Experience in Life Insurance products, claims environment and customer service focused organisation.
- Experience in Complaints' resolution.
- Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment.
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advance level of ITALIAN or native speaker.
- Advance level of English. Any other European language will be a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail; high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner.

Shift: 8:45 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
