We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated
Junior International Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract).
You will be part of a smart, innovative and experienced team with a broad range of skills and a really sociable and positive attitude. We will consider applicants with, at least, 2 years of experience in sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with Hiring Managers on recruitment needs and requirements
  • Carry out powerful sourcing work by getting candidates through social networks, networks, job fairs, job advertisements, employee references.
  • Generate Database of Potential Collaborators (Hunting in the network and with direct contact)
  • Carry out the screening of the candidates making reports and recommendations
  • Conduct initial communication with candidates
  • Carry out interviews with international candidates
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Track data on sourcing activity and funnel, generate a report, and propose new actions to achieve the objectives set.
  • Observe trends, market analysis, to propose a change in strategy if necessary, etc.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the world of international commercial sourcing for platforms (proven experience)
  • English (C2)
  • Knowledge of the international market

  • Knowledge of recruiting management platforms
  • Proactivity
  • Ability to open and exploit new sourcing sources available
  • Teamwork
  • Cultural Fit
  • Permission to work within the EU is a must.
