What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing top talent across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Be the storyteller of our brand, delivering an unforgettable candidate experience that makes people want to join Destinus.
  • Explore innovative sourcing methods and disrupt traditional recruiting by tapping into global and Dutch talent pools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by ensuring fair, transparent, and creative hiring processes.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within technical or engineering environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Experience recruiting in international markets - exposure to the Dutch market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential - Dutch is highly desirable.
  • A passion for innovation, technology, and helping people find their perfect fit
