Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Italian Client Liaison . The Italian Client Liaison will manage relationships with Italian-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of travel-related projects, addressing client inquiries, and providing support to other departments when engaging with Italian-speaking stakeholders. The role also requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support growth within the Italian market segment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Project Coordination, Organizational, and Time Management skills
- Problem-Solving, Adaptability, and Multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the travel or cultural heritage industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools or digital platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
