As a
Junior OCC Duty Manager
, you'll step right into the action — supporting our senior managers, coordinating teams, and learning how to keep every flight running smoothly, safely, and on time.
Every day is different: one moment you're helping dispatch reroute a flight around a storm, the next you're coordinating with crew control to solve a last-minute roster change. You'll be the link that keeps pilots, cabin crew, maintenance, and ground ops connected — and you'll grow into the decision-maker who ensures passengers get where they need to be.

How will it be to work with us?
- Jump into real-time flight operations, supporting responses to weather, technical, or crew disruptions.
Learn to make quick, informed decisions that minimize delays and keep passengers smiling.
Coordinate communication across OCC teams — Dispatch, Crew Control, Maintenance, and Ground Ops.
Assist with flight planning, risk assessment, and operational analysis.
Handle last-minute permits, slots, and changes with precision and calm.
Spot opportunities to improve OCC processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Ready to join us?
What will make you succeed in this position:
1–2 years of experience in aviation or airline operations (dispatch, OCC, airport ops, etc.).
Training or certification as a Flight Dispatcher, Pilot, or Aeronautical Engineer is a plus.
Basic knowledge of EASA AIR-OPS, flight planning, and ATC systems.
Fluent in English and Spanish (French or Italian are a plus).
Calm under pressure, analytical, and eager to learn.
Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
