Vi søker Kunderådgivere til vårt kundesenter i Fuengirola, sør i Spania
Er du klar for å starte året med palmesus i stedet for boblejakke og lue? Hos oss får du sjansen til å kombinere en trygg jobb innen kundeservice med sol, varme og opplevelser på den spanske solkysten. Vi søker kunderådgivere til vårt prisvinnende
kundesenter i Fuengirola
, midt mellom Malaga og Marbella.

Dette er en jobb innen kundeservice, du vil ikke drive med salg i denne stillingen. Vi ser etter deg som har mulighet til å starte i februar, mars og april.

Hvem er du?
Det mange først og fremst ser etter når de leser jobbannonser, er om de er kvalifisert for stillingen. Vi kommer deg litt i forkjøpet og plasserer denne bolken lenger opp.
Som Kunderådgiver hos oss stiller vi ikke lange lister med krav om kvalifikasjoner
. Det viktigste for oss er følgende:

  • Du snakker og skriver flytende norsk
  • Du er positiv, lærevillig og liker å jobbe med mennesker
  • Du har erfaring fra serviceyrke
  • Erfaring fra callsenter eller kontor, med telefon og PC som arbeidsverktøy er et stort pluss
  • Du har mulighet til å flytte til Spania og jobbe fra vårt kontor i Fuengirola. Positivt om du har tanker om langsiktig flytting

Dine arbeidsoppgaver:
Som en del av vårt kundeservice team blir du stemmen som gir trygghet til våre norske kunder. Du besvarer henvendelser om alarmsystem, faktura og abonnement, primært over telefon. Hver dag byr på nye utfordringer og muligheter til å gjøre en forskjell.

  • Kundebehandling på telefon (og etter hvert via chat og e-post)
  • Veiledning og problemløsning knyttet til kundens alarmsystem og diverse tekniske spørsmål
  • Bidra til høy kvalitet i alle ledd, med fokus på kundetilfredshet og effektivitet

  • Mandag–fredag
  • Telefon: 08:00–16:00
  • Chat/e-post: 08:00–18:00
  • 8 timers arbeidsdager
  • Ingen helgejobbing
