We're Hiring: Industry 4.0 Applications Manager

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in manufacturing? At Roca Group, we're looking for an Industry 4.0 Applications Manager to lead the deployment of smart technologies across our production and supply chain operations.

Your Mission

Support and accelerate the digital transformation of Roca's manufacturing operations by implementing Industry 4.0 technologies that enhance efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Your Impact

You'll be a key player in integrating cutting-edge solutions like IoT, AI/ML, and RPA, ensuring their successful adoption and alignment with our global strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain the Industry 4.0 roadmap.
  • Own and manage applications such as AVEVA Suite, Power Monitoring Expert, and Digital Kaizen.
  • Coordinate internal/external teams and vendors.
  • Manage projects, budgets, and supplier contracts.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics.
  • Drive change management and training programs.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and maintain certifications.
  • Mentor team members and foster innovation.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years leading Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.
  • 3+ years in project management.
  • Technical expertise in Industry 4.0 applications.
  • Experience with near/offshore service models.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred:
Experience with AVEVA Suite, energy management tools, and other Industry 4.0 apps.
