Project Manager Automotive Industry

Please note, that this is Not a people manager role. We call it Project Manager, as there is individual accountability for the projects assigned, however it is overwhelmingly a project-coordination role with lots of operational-administrative tasks included too. If you are an experienced (IT) project manager with people reporting to you, this is not a career challenge for you. 

We're looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager for Automotive clients, who preferably lives in Spain (Hungary is also possible) This is an employment agreement with our company, although we are also open to a freelance contract. 

What is this role about?

The Project Manager within the Key Account Management Department performs one the most important tasks of our entire company's operation, i.e. project management from concluded contracts till the implementation of mystery shop evaluation programs. Client communication, setting guidelines and milestones, handling client change requests, problem-solving, reviewing reports, and tracking project completion rates are all part of your day. 

These are your key responsibilities: 

• Developing, optimizing & delivering of client projects
• Effectively interacting with other departments to ensure successful project management
• Presenting high value recommendations & solutions based on the client's knowledge and industry
• Creating of sessions, circuits & profiles
• Creating videos and providing support where needed
• Maintaining and updating MS platforms
• Tracking of project scheduling, follow-up fieldwork status update and confirm timely project completion
• Providing client(s) with regular project updates via client's preferred method of communication
• Managing the reporting needs of the client
• Supporting client (occasionally) with invoicing, billing, follow-up on past dues, in case language/project needs require
• Reviewing incoming completed shop reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data, ensure quality of work and quick turnaround
• Maintaining awareness of trends and events within clients' industries and corporate environments
• Managing challenging shop reports to ensure adherence to instructions
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

This role is for You, if…

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• You speak English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• You have excellent experience in Excel
• You are detail-oriented and precise in your work
• You have strong professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and ask for clarification; ability to convey facts in writing using language the reader will best understand
• You have strong analytical skills
• You have interest in automotive pricing (experience is a huge plus)
