A well-established 
automotive company headquartered in China
 is entering an exciting new phase of global growth. As part of our strategic expansion, we are 
spreading our wings to the European market
 and are now seeking 
experienced Automotive Sales Professionals
 to support our dealer network and market development across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to join an international automotive group at an early stage of its European expansion and play a key role in building long-term dealer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with automotive dealers and distributors across assigned European markets
  • Drive sales performance by promoting company vehicles and automotive products to dealer partners
  • Identify new dealer opportunities and support dealer onboarding and network expansion
  • Conduct product presentations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and internal teams on market strategy, forecasts, and sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business decisions
  • Support dealers with sales planning, promotions, and after-sales coordination as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 
    automotive sales
    , dealer management, or B2B sales within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealer operations and distribution channels
  • Experience in the European automotive market is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, international environment
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
