The Role
As a
Product Manager
on our Composable Enterprise Applications team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience for an AI-powered Composable Enterprise Application framework. This specific role focuses on the build experience of the application and its supporting processes.

Your mission will be to create a framework that not only empowers others to build applications atop of Celonis' process intelligence stack but to also dramatically shorten the time to do so. You'll be joining a highly collaborative team of Applied AI Engineers, UI developers, Designers, and Product Managers, all focused on leveraging process intelligence and the latest in AI/ML techniques to change the way enterprise applications are built. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a new strategic direction of our offering that directly impacts how businesses utilise process intelligence.

The work you'll do
:

• Innovate from Customer Pain Points: Partner closely with our Composable Enterprise Applications team and customers to identify real business problems, then define and craft scalable, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Define and Drive Product Strategy: Lead the definition of product strategy and vision for your area, securing buy-in and enthusiasm across all levels of the organization, from engineering to executive leadership.
• Translate Customer Needs into Technical Solutions: Deeply understand customer challenges through direct engagement. You'll then translate these needs into clear, actionable product requirements and epics for your engineering team, ensuring a strong understanding of the why behind the what.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Impact: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and research counterparts to bring product strategies to life. You'll guide the product through its lifecycle, from conception and development to successful market launch and adoption.
• Engage with Go-to-Market Teams: Partner directly with marketing, sales, solutions engineering, and support teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to maximize customer impact and ensure successful adoption in the market.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience in product management, specifically building frameworks for others to build applications on. Experience with aPaaS is a strong plus.
• Enterprise Technology Acumen: A proven interest and experience in the enterprise technology space, as our work directly impacts the operations of the world's largest organizations.
• Developer-Obsessed Problem Solver: You naturally work backward from developers problems, demonstrating strong empathy and a knack for identifying underlying needs.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical concepts related to application development and AI/ML, and system architecture to effectively communicate with and guide engineering teams.
• Software Developer Background: Ideally, you started out as a software developer and you have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
