This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Applications Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Business Unit's digitalization strategy by developing and managing the Quality Management System portfolio. You will be responsible for testing and validating products, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and maximizing the business value of the applications within your portfolio. Your work will directly impact our continuous improvement efforts and facilitate business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives in a remote working environment. Accountabilities
  • Ensure all applications align with IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains strategy.
  • Maintain proper license arrangements for all application users.
  • Register all applications with the CMDB and adhere to Service Management guidelines.
  • Ensure Service Delivery within SLAs for incidents and change requests.
  • Maintain compliance with IT Security standards for all applications.
  • Keep technical and user documentation up to date.
  • Manage vendors and costs to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams and application owners for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT and 5 years in application management (quality, engineering, manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience in vendor management and portfolio application management.
  • Proficient in gathering and managing requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to view broader business requirements.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
