estamos buscando un
Gestor/a Front Office
, dentro del área de Customer Service, siendo su misión la de gestionar las relaciones con los clientes asignados dentro del proceso Order to Cash (pedidos, entregas, incidencias, cobros y gestión de atípicos).

Las
FUNCIONES
son las siguientes:

  • Gestionar los pedidos vía EDI/mail de los clientes asignados (resolver incidencias EDI, colecciones de clientes, precios).
  • Carga de Plantillas de clientes y promociones en SAP.
  • Gestionar las incidencias relacionadas con las entregas/roturas de stock.
  • Gestionar incidencias asociadas a la facturación (diferencias entrega, precios, etc.).
  • Gestionar los acuerdos fuera factura de los clientes (Publicidad, Cabeceras, Promociones).

Buscamos a alguien con:

  • 2 años de experiencia en puesto similar en Empresa de Gran Consumo.
  • Valorable conocimientos de SAP.
  • Nivel medio Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Habilidades comunicativas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades analíticas.
