Como Analista de Operaciones de Beneficios desempeñarás un papel crucial en el área
Contaremos contigo para:
- Recepción, Análisis de las solicitudes de seguros de salud , Accidentes y vida.
- Seguimiento y cierre de casos, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento con las especificaciones de las pólizas.
- Revisión detallada de documentos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las condiciones de las pólizas y evaluando las solicitudes con buen criterio.
- Colaborar con el equipo para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y comunicarte eficazmente con clientes y partes internas.
- Participar activamente en la identificación y propuesta de mejoras en los procesos operativos del área, contribuyendo a optimizar la eficiencia y calidad del servicio.
¿Qué necesitas tener?
- Tecnólogos o recién egresados en carreras administrativas o económicas, con conocimientos en seguros, especialmente en salud y vida.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en análisis y gestión documental.
- Deseable experiencia en operaciones de seguros, reportes, autorizaciones médicas y reembolsos.
- Dominio de MS Office, especialmente Excel.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
- Habilidades para la comunicación asertiva, colaboración efectiva, resolución constructiva de conflictos y adaptabilidad en entornos dinámicos.
