Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The position involves managing a client portfolio, handling policy endorsements, billing, and maintaining insurance programs, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project. We will count on you to: Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, including handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (inclusion, exclusion, modifications, and collections). Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the administration of insurance programs, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals. What you need to have: Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a relevant field. 1 to 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of P&C insurance processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a focus on compliance and benefits.
