We're seeking an experienced Influence Marketing Lead to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes on the market of the USA. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation and conversion through various influence channels, with particular emphasis on performance marketing metrics and efficient vendor management.
This role will be crucial in driving our influence marketing strategy forward with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, ROI, and effective vendor management. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on achieving measurable business results through strategic influencer partnerships and agency relationships.

What you will do- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance-driven influence marketing strategy across multiple markets, with a primary focus on the US market.
- Manage and coordinate multiple agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure aligned execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers across different tiers - from micro to macro influencers.
- Oversee agency relationships and deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets with strict adherence to key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- 4+ years of experience in influence marketing with proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Experience leading small teams and managing relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements.
- Demonstrated success in the US market or other international markets.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and experience in campaign optimization.
- Experience in budget allocation and management across multiple vendors and channels.
- Hands-on experience working with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and various content formats.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Get hands-on experience in an ed-tech environment (learning tools and the ins and outs of online education for adults)
