The Role:

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers to promote our brand and products. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

  • Identify and engage potential influencers across various platforms.
  • Manage influencer relationships and ensure alignment with brand values.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective influencer campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and influencer marketing strategies.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with content creators, social media managers, and brand strategists.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage influencer partnerships.

  • Experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
