Some details about your department
In the Influencer Marketing area, we drive our clients' brand growth and reputation through strategic collaborations and targeted content campaigns. We are looking for profiles that combine a solid strategic foundation with excellent execution capabilities to turn innovative ideas into measurable results.
We require an autonomous and proactive profile capable of leading the area from start to finish. The success of our projects lies in the ability to integrate Influencer Marketing into 360° digital marketing plans, relying on deep data analysis for influencer selection, strategy definition, and performance measurement.
Our goal is to maximize brand visibility and engagement through authentic relationships and high-value content that resonates with our clients' audiences.
What we'd like you to doAs an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and comprehensive execution of all initiatives in the area:
Strategic leadership: Directing the strategic vision for Influencer Marketing, designing and implementing innovative plans to drive growth and engagement for various brands.
360° campaign design: Creating and executing complete campaigns, from ideation and influencer research to negotiation, briefing, and results presentation, ensuring alignment with global digital marketing objectives.
Comprehensive project management: Overseeing all campaign aspects, including budget management, timelines, performance tracking, and daily coordination to ensure flawless execution.
Partner relationship management: Building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with influencers and agencies, leading negotiations and coordinating campaign parameters for the delivery of high-quality content.
Presentation and collaboration: Leading strategy meetings and presentations with clients, collaborating closely with internal teams (Social Media, Content, Performance, etc.) to integrate Influencer Marketing strategies into broader initiatives.
Event and PR coordination: Actively participating in the planning and execution of PR actions and events, seeking to amplify brand visibility and key connections with the target audience through influencers.
Reporting and analysis: Generating detailed reports and data analysis to evaluate campaign impact, optimize future strategies, and demonstrate ROI to the client.
Being proactive, results-oriented, and having a high capacity for self-management and adaptability to diverse projects.
Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within agencies or clients, managing the strategy and execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns.
University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. A Master's or specialized Course in Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing will be highly valued.
Experience in managing a portfolio of multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage complex negotiations with influencers or agencies.
Professional management of Influencer Marketing platforms and analysis or Social Listening tools.
Fluent in spoken and written English, which is an essential requirement given our international expansion.
